My stay at Bentley Hotel Bosphorus was delightful. from the moment I arrived, the helpful staff, particularly Fatine, made me feel at home. The location is prime, nestled between Nisantasi and Taksim, full of shops and delightful eateries.

excellent staff but some room amenities missing
The staff here went above and beyond. Ercan, Furkan, and Saleem were especially helpful, always ensuring we were comfortable. The sea view from my King Suite with Balcony was breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop during our stay.
However, I noticed a lack of certain basic amenities in the room that would have elevated the experience.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The hotel is close to some of the best spots, like Nişantaşı and Taksim Square. The breakfast was a hit, with plenty of options. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially Zoe and Hilal. Don't miss out on the spa. it's worth your time!
One downside was the breakfast selection. I’d love to see more variety, especially fresh fruit. It would really enhance the overall experience for future guests.

The family suite was spacious enough for us, especially with a baby in tow. The location was prime, allowing easy access to both Nisantasi and Taksim Square. We also loved the friendly vibe of the staff, making our stay enjoyable.

The Deluxe Double or Twin Room was modern and clean with great aesthetics. Views from the higher floors are particularly impressive, and the coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. The staff were super accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. Though, the room could use a bit more attention to detail, as I found a few issues with the amenities. Overall, a comfortable stay, but some small improvements would make it top-notch.
